Qloom products are sold through our site, at select dealers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and in the north of Italy. All products can be seen on qloom.com and all sales are conducted through the website. We believe that our products are dialed but in case there are sizing issues, we’ve tried to make the shipping and returns process simple. This way, you can get proper-fitting gear as quickly and easily as possible.
We currently use DHL to ship orders.
Orders placed before 12pm on business days (non-holiday, M-F) will ship on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm on a business day, weekend, or holiday will ship the following business day.
All orders ship from our Qloom office in Germany. We will provide you with tracking information so you can keep tabs on the location of your new gear.
Our system will not let you put an item into your cart if it is out of stock. Please email us at email@example.com with your request and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back in stock.

Obviously! Who doesn’t love stickers? Send us a self-addressed envelope with prepaid postage and we’ll send some stickers your way. Our stickers look particularly good on helmets, laptops and your best friend’s back.
